PhantomXpert provides high-end, confidential service evaluations exclusively for select brands. Acceptance of an access request does not guarantee service execution.
2. Non-Guarantee Clause
Engaging with PhantomXpert does not guarantee results or specific outcomes. Our assessments are designed to provide insight and advisory recommendations only.
3. Confidentiality Agreement
Clients agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding PhantomXpert’s methods, findings, and operational strategies. Any disclosure of our proprietary methodologies is strictly prohibited. Clients may be required to sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before accessing our services.
4. No Public Testimonials Clause
Due to the discreet nature of our services, clients are not permitted to publicly share testimonials or disclose their engagement with PhantomXpert without prior written consent.
5. Billing & Refund Policy
All payments for services rendered by PhantomXpert are final. Due to the bespoke nature of our evaluations, refunds are not provided. Chargebacks and disputes are not permitted.
6. Liability Disclaimer
PhantomXpert provides advisory services and does not assume responsibility for business decisions made based on our evaluations. We do not offer legal, financial, or compliance services. Clients acknowledge that all insights and recommendations are advisory in nature and implementation is at their discretion.
7. Governing Law
